hat what you want you don’t have or can’t have; I am here to tell you that it is your pattern that has fooled your perception and your perception is your reality. Though it can be changed easily in one or numerous ways rather quickly. In fact, it is changing all of the time; every year, month, week, day, hour, minute, moment, but mostly you are letting the illusion of chance sway you this way and that, not knowing the full potential of your free will. I am here to assist you in your life, guide you along the trail, and motivate you into motivating yourself [and enjoying the process]. Whether you are working in your right brain (spiritual/creative) or left brain (scientific/structured), all is relative. There are a myriad of techniques and we will find the right fit for your personality. A small change, or a big change, you will decide what feels right.

You can have what you want and need, it is not a difficult process and all you need is what you already have. You can move through your negative feelings of depression, anxiety, doubt, anger, envy or resentment; whether it be towards others or yourself. You are in charge of your own destiny, and deep down you know it, but life has misled you to forget what you know. I will remind you and make sure that you won’t forget again. My credentials are all the happenings of my life: my fixation on thinking about thought at age 12 and becoming a consultant to my fellow 7th graders on the very spot. Later voted “Most Outgoing” my senior year, leading into a four-year college degree, a couple of businesses, a few long term relationships, a wide range of travel stories in a dozen different countries and counting, but above all, a treasured collection of stories and thoughts from thousands of people from around the world that I now hold in an organized spectrum of perspective. It is this panorama that is my asset that I want to share and build. This is my calling, my passion, my muse. The experience of life as a human being is truly infinite in its possibilities; I am more then on board with great interest, enthusiasm and enjoyment. And not just for all the views at our peaks but the falls, valleys and climbs as well. Truly it is these things that make peaks possible. Believe it or not, it is your own pattern of perceiving that speaks truth to you. It tells you whether or not to believe that your great potential as possible or too good to be true. To change it, all you have to do is try; because there is in fact, no trying. If you trying you are practicing doing and thus you are doing. It is not, “You can do it”, you ARE doing it. The changes are small over minutes and hours, but monumental over days and months. You may look down upon yourself when you make error; which is the very thing that keeps you making error. You can change how you feel about making mistakes and see that every curse is a blessing in disguise. Feel that? Right now, in this moment, your neurons are firing and a new neural pathway has a fresh set of footprints in it. Feel my energy through these words and trust your intuition; whether you decipher them spiritually or scientifically they are real and they are sincere. If you feel my genuineness and you are interested in leading a more fulfilled, organized and significant life, then you just got word of a gold mine and now it is up to you to believe it’s there. If you’ve made it this far, the shovel is in the ground and already this is what you have uncovered ~

A man named Yusuff Shakur is going viral after sharing something extraordinary: sketches of what he says he witnessed during a near-death experience.

Instead of describing it with words, Shakur drew a diagram of a glowing, spiral-like structure rising above Earth. In his drawings, Earth appears like a giant stage where every person is visible at once. As he “ascended,” he saw souls moving upward through a bright, twisting tunnel, while others watched from higher levels—reacting in real time to events happening on Earth, cheering and welcoming newly arriving souls.

At the top, he describes a radiant figure stepping onto a balcony, so luminous that everything else fell silent. Every soul bowed. Her first words to him: “Do not be afraid.”

Perhaps the most striking detail? Thin, silver-like cords connecting every soul, on Earth and beyond, to a single, brilliant source of light. To Shakur, the message was clear: everything is connected, and that source is love.

He says the experience left him with one powerful takeaway:
“The currency of eternity is love.”

Whether spiritual, symbolic, or something else entirely, people can’t stop talking about it.

Great insight.

Your body never lies.

Your skin, your posture, your muscle tone, even the coating on your tongue…these are diagnostic tools.

They’re reflections of your internal biology.

Skin mirrors the liver because your liver is your primary detox organ. When it’s overwhelmed (by sugar, alcohol, processed foods, or environmental toxins) you might see breakouts, dullness, rashes, or premature aging. Beauty creams won’t fix what a clean diet can.

Posture reflects fascia, the connective tissue influenced by inflammation, hydration, and movement. A slouched posture often indicates stress, sedentary habits, or chronic pain.

Fat distribution is hormonal. Belly fat: Think insulin and cortisol. Thigh and hip fat: Think estrogen. Every bite of food either balances your hormones or throws them into chaos.

Jaw structure and airway health are shaped by nutrition from infancy. A diet low in nutrients and high in soft processed foods can narrow the airway, weaken the jaw, and affect sleep, oxygenation, and even facial development.

Fluid retention signals lymphatic congestion. Your lymph system depends on hydration, movement, and anti-inflammatory foods. Puffy eyes and bloating are red flags.

The tongue mirrors the gut. A coated tongue may indicate dysbiosis, an imbalance in your microbiome. Your gut health shows up in your breath, your digestion, your cravings, and your skin.

Muscle tone is a proxy for mitochondrial health and longevity. Sarcopenia (muscle loss) is one of the earliest signs of biological aging. The more muscle you maintain, the younger your cells behave.

Every cell in your body is built from the food you eat.
Your blood, your skin, your brain, your hormones, it’s all constructed from nutrients you either give your body... or don’t.

Appearance matters: not as a measure of beauty, but as a reflection of biology. Your body is always speaking.
