I’m Jolene, the owner & founder of Drip Sweat Studio & creator of the Drip Hot Pilates method.

What an incredible privilege it is to teach with a team of beautiful, kind, empowering women by my side! They truly are girls girls- championing each other & each of you! I cannot even find the words to express my gratitude for the love and support we’ve already had from you!

Drip is a culmination of over 15 years of dreaming, training & growing. A deep, soul level knowing, that we collectively needed this space in our community, and taking a risk to step into the challenge. I am honored to create & build a safe, welcoming space with each of you.

I teach DRIP, MOVE, BUILD & FLOW, I basically live at the studio!
