Not all “thick bottoms” are created equal.

We offer solid 1/2" bottom options on most our hulls that resists deflection from impact 8 times better than 1/4" bottoms.

Two 1/4" plates is not equal to a 1/2" bottom.

-Same weight… but only ~2× dent resistance
-Layers can bend independently
-Moisture can trap between plates
