The latest utility box art project was recently installed: Ash Wissler’s Morning Flutters graces the corner of 6th & Savage streets. She painted the image with acrylic paint on a canvas board. Then a photo was taken to send to Logan’s Printing to be enlarged on a vinyl wrap for the utility box.

Ash’s favorite subject is creating art with various features of wildlife and working with her favorite mediums to bring out the true beauty of nature. Ash uses acrylic paint, oil paint, and Prismacolor pencils as her favorite art mediums.
