I’ve been back in the classroom since October, so I haven’t been as crafty these days. A dear friend did reach out and ask me to paint a feature piece for their kitchen, though! It was just the push I needed. I forgot how therapeutic painting really is.

Finally finished this huge hutch... it even lights up! My first ever wallpaper piece, too. If you’ve ever been scared to wallpaper, don’t! Purchased on Amazon and completed in an hour!

My new nephew will be here so very soon! Hand-me-downs are always the best! I took Tyler’s old dresser from red to green with some Annie Sloan dark wax. Now it’s ready for a new baby boy!

Quinny’s teacher collects nutcrackers... so we made a special one! He looks similar to Buddy the elf, 🤣 but it’s the thought that counts, right??? Last day of school before break!! Wahoo!!

Teachers deserve a present a day as far as I’m concerned!! My mom made something small with us every year to give our teachers... even the specials (those poor teachers always get forgotten)! This year I painted simple clipboards and added gift cards. I also found soup bowls and added Panera gift cards (Soup’s on us)! I threw some foam alphabet letters in to look like “alphabet soup,” too!
