One thing I’ve noticed after talking to thousands of women throughout my career asking me for advice 💇🏻‍♀️✨💛

Some women are thriving. 🙌 They’re doing the research 📚, asking questions ❓, finding good healthcare providers 👩‍⚕️, making lifestyle changes 🥗, moving their bodies 💪, and taking ownership of their health. 🌟

Others are still waiting for something outside of themselves to change first. 🤷‍♀️

Whether it’s HRT, nutrition, fitness, supplements, or any other health decision, there is no magic fix. ✨🚫 No doctor 👩‍⚕️, pill 💊, hormone 🧬, or program 📋 can do all the work for us.

You don’t have to choose the same path I chose, and that’s okay. 💕 But please, do your research 📖, ask questions ❓, get a second opinion if needed 👂, and make informed decisions for yourself. 🩷

At the end of the day, the women seeing the biggest transformations 🌈 are usually the ones willing to participate in their own success. 💪🔥✨

Change is possible. 🌱 Growth is possible. 🌸 Feeling better is possible. 💫
