While the major population centers may not have the total numbers to pass any legislation on simple majority, the overflow votes within those population centers in accord with the minority opinion elsewhere within the State produce a small deceptive majority in simple mass population vote.

The point is, that the equal population districts, are not being equally considered in the mass popular vote calculation.

In other words, the very district boundaries, created to make sure every individual throughout the State is equally represented against the masses, are being ignored.

And when that happens a tyranny of the mass population majority, occurs as we have been seeing throughout our history as a State.

A republican form of equal representative government, gives every citizen an equal leverage through equal representation [in equal population districts], but if that representative vote which makes every individual and every equal population district, equal, is never calculated in equal with the mass population vote, a republican form of Constitutional equality for every Statewide opinion, never occurs.But only results in a tyranny of the majority. We need to end it.

If you really understand the power of your individual vote, you understand the power of necessary inclusion of your representative vote!

Otherwise you are being defrauded of both.

Democracy is not fair, and not equal. There is a tyranny of the majority against the minority 100% of the time.

We therefore use democracy to produce a Constitutional and representative Republic, instead.

This republican form, of democratically elected representatives, begins at our State Representative level, to set the pace for the rest of our governmental delegations.

Our State House, is produced by equal population districts voting in individual direct and pure democracy ballot. This is the only acceptable level for fair use of democracy. And tyranny is avoided because we gain a "representative vote" thereby for defense against the mass population "vote" of every individual throughout the rest of the whole State population.

The pains of tyranny are cured, at the first equal population district created with a "representative vote" vested in our State Representative.

Therefore we have two votes that should and rightly matter equally! The individual vote, and the representative vote.

But if our "representative vote" is always overridden by the Statewide mass population vote, for every important decision like changing our Constitution, then we are being defrauded of equal vote, and equal representation.

Say NO to tyranny, and vote YES on

We have two votes that matter in a Constitutional and democratically equally represented Republic; an individual vote, and a representative vote, and we are being defrauded of our equal representative vote, that is why we need to pass Amendment 4.

The blue areas are populated more heavily, than the red, but all the people are made equal throughout the whole State, by the equal population "representative" districts democratically created in both the red areas and the blue if the "representative vote" from each equal population district, is properly counted in concurrence with the mass population.

All that is invented by men is vain in imagination; socialism, and communism, spring from vanity, and is false utopian image, and futility in religion.

That's why in America 🇺🇸 we put our trust in God and form our union around truths that are self evident and common to all, at the foundation of our Declaration for formation of the Nation.

Socialism does not promise you more. It promises you the same as everyone else. And the only way to make everyone the same is to drag everyone down, not lift everyone up.

Winston Churchill warned about this back in 1945. He said the real virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of misery. He was not guessing. He had watched it happen.

So have we. The Soviet Union. China. Cuba. Venezuela, once the richest country in Latin America, now a place where families line up for bread that is not on the shelf.
The pattern never changes. Only the faces on the wall do.

Here is what should worry us most. A younger generation is being sold the dream of "free" everything, and they are voting for it. New York handed democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani the keys to City Hall, running on rent freezes, government-run grocery stores, and free buses.

Those words sound kind. The history behind them is not.

The good news is simple. The vast majority of Americans still have common sense. They still know that opportunity beats handouts, and that earned beats equal.

For now, that wisdom is holding.

Our job is to keep it holding, by telling the truth about where this road actually ends.
