Maternal Wellness Program
The Maternal Wellness Program is an advocacy program for moms suffering from Postpartum Depression.
We are committed to cultivating a compassionate, resilient community—grounded in shared experiences—that supports mothers navigating the journey of perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, pregnancy & infant loss, and pregnancy after loss.

Thinking about coming to group but feeling unsure? We get it. Showing up to a support group—especially one around pregnancy or infant loss—can feel intimidating. That’s why Rachelle and Melissa from our SOUL Group will be hanging out at Barnes & Noble in the café area on Friday, just to say hello in a super relaxed, no-pressure setting.
Whether you’re curious about the group, want to meet a familiar face beforehand, or just need a quiet space to sit with your thoughts—we’re here. No expectations, no need to share anything. Just come as you are. Pull up a chair and take a moment. We’d love to meet you.

Can’t make our Tuesday morning postpartum support group? We’ve got you.
We’re hosting a pop-up virtual evening session TOMORROW, Tuesday, May 19th at 7:30 PM so more mamas can access the support they deserve, no matter what their day looks like.
Whether you’re a new face or a familiar one, you’re welcome here. 💛
Postpartum depression and anxiety can feel incredibly isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. This is a space where mamas navigating postpartum (and all the emotions that come with it) can come together, be heard, and feel a little less alone.
Same safe space. Same peer support. Just a different time.
If you need the link to join, just send a message and we will get it to you.
