Day 4 of 2020 Kenya Eye Clinic, this time at Bungoma, coordinated with Pastor Sarah Okisai. We served 305 persons, bringing total Clinic persons served to 1,062.

Lunch at Shikunga Eye Clinic location (boiled potatoes, broth, rice, chapati, fresh mangoes--in season!). One secondary school of the two school groups we served today as part of our 279 persons served.

Leaving today (Jan 29) for Kenya to lead a team of 5 optometrists and 10 volunteers to serve 1,500+ Kenyans with free eye exams & lenses. On this map, after flying from Nairobi to Kisumu, we drive to Kakamega where we will lodge while conducting clinics in nearby villages. [Returning to regular posts 2/10]

Mosquito netting for a short New Year's night sleep before January 1 worship service, followed by IDEA Ministries Kenya Eye Clinic serving 156 persons; with an added station to check people's blood pressure.

After last night's blackout, IDEA Ministries Kenya Eye Clinic Team journeyed to the 2nd location and began with a late-afternoon session serving 70 people.
