🌱 Our Community Garden is Ready! 🌿

We’re excited to kick off another growing season at Streams, Healthy Neighborhood Hub — and even more excited to start planting in our brand new greenhouse too! 🌻🍅🥬

Our community garden is prepped and ready, bringing neighbors together to grow fresh food, learn new skills, and build a healthier community. The new greenhouse means even more opportunities to extend the season and grow together year-round.

🌟 Celebrating Partnership & Impact! 🌟

For the past 2 years, we’ve been grateful to partner with the West Michigan Literacy Center to offer Health Literacy classes for English Language Learners 💬❤️

These classes empower learners to better understand their health, navigate systems, and confidently advocate for themselves and their families 🩺✨

👶 Free childcare is provided
📊 100+ learners impacted right here at Streams over the past 2 years!

We also love partnering with Calvin University nursing students, who gain hands-on experience by practicing vitals, helping fill out forms, and building meaningful connections with learners 🤝

We’re excited for many more classes ahead and even more lives impacted through this incredible program! 🙌💙
