SYSTEMATIC MARKETING FOR GROWTH-MINDED BUSINESSES. We've seen the way that employee's labor is glorified the moment an organization finds the right message.

WE LOVE MARKETING BECAUSE YOUR VISION MATTERS
Our driving mission, the desire that motivates our every decision, is to "Give people a fighting chance." We believe in the power of an entrepreneur's vision to change the world when it's communicated with clarity, passion, and purpose. We've been witness to the many customer lives that have been improved by discovering the right solution to their situation when our clients begin to market well for the first time.

Raise your hand if you've ever gotten a brand brief that just said "make it pop." 🙋

Yeah. We don't do that here.

At Deksia, strategy and creativity live in the same brain. We're looking for a Director of Creative Content who's wired that way too. Someone who gets genuinely excited when a killer insight unlocks the perfect concept. Who builds teams that are passionate about the work, raise the bar, and have a good time doing it.

If that sounds like you, let's talk.

These brands didn't just pick a pretty palette. They claimed a color so completely that you can't see it without thinking of them.

That's not just branding. That's strategy. ðŸŽĻ

Which iconic brand colors did we miss? Tell us in the comments.

Most strategy sessions end with a document nobody opens again. This one doesn't.

What we do before we ever build a campaign, write a caption, or launch an ad is sit down and actually figure out your business. Where you sit in the market. Who you're really talking to. What's getting in the way of people saying yes. What you should stop doing, and what you should double down on.

That work isn't necessarily glamorous. But it's the reason the marketing works.

The six things in this carousel are what our clients walk away from a strategy session actually holding. Not a vague plan. Not a list of recommendations. Specific, usable clarity on the things that were fuzzy before they walked in the door.

If your marketing feels like it's running on effort instead of direction, that's usually a strategy problem. And it's a solvable one.

Everyone says they're strategic. Few can tell you what that actually means for your business.

Strategy isn't a buzzword or a slide in a deck. It's knowing who you're talking to before you write a single word. It's understanding what moves your audience to act, not just what looks good in a grid. It's making sure every piece of content has somewhere it's trying to go.

That's what it looks like to work with a marketing agency that starts with the thinking before the doing.

We're a marketing agency. But that's not really the whole story.

We're the team that learns your business like it's our own. That pushes back when something isn't working and shows up harder when it matters most. Strategists, brand builders, storytellers. Whatever the moment calls for.

From startup to whatever comes next. Always with your best interest first.

This is Deksia.

Our unpopular opinions as your digital marketing team. Which one do you think is the most controversial? ðŸŦĒ👀

I became CEO of Deksia on January 1st. Five months in, here's what I wish someone had told me.

1. The weight isn't just financial. It's personal.

I knew I'd be responsible for the health of the business. I didn't fully anticipate that I'd also be lying awake thinking about 15 people's mortgages. Their grocery bills. Their families. There's a quiet heaviness to that. It makes every decision feel bigger, and honestly, it should.

2. Nobody knows what you do. Including you, at first.

Fair enough. I didn't know what a CEO's day actually looked like a year ago either. Turns out it's a lot of spreadsheets, sales calls, and constantly figuring out on the fly who owns what. Big chess board. You learn the pieces as you go.

3. Culture doesn't shift just because leadership does.

You can't announce your way into trust. People need time to figure out who you are and what it actually feels like to work under new leadership. That adjustment is slow, and it's supposed to be. My job right now is to keep showing up and let trust build at its own pace.

4. Confidence and certainty aren't the same thing.

You won't always have the full picture. You make calls anyway. But the bigger shift for me has been accepting that problems aren't interruptions to the job — they are the job. You're not trying to build a company where nothing goes wrong. You're building one where things that go wrong get navigated well. Nobody really teaches you that part.

5. The loneliness catches you off guard.

You're leading the team, which means you can't always process the hard stuff with the team. Finding peers who actually get it has been one of the most useful things I've done since January.

I'm still showing up and learning every day, and I'm always grateful for a team that makes it worth it.

RouteOne needed 27 custom illustrations that could scale across their entire platform without looking like a mismatched collection of stock graphics.

The challenge wasn't just creating pretty pictures. It was building a visual system that communicates clearly at every touchpoint while reinforcing brand recognition in every frame.

Our design team created an illustration library that's consistent, purposeful, and flexible enough to grow with the business. Swipe through to see how we did it, and tap the link to learn how our design team can impact your business this year. 👇
