Cocktail Spotlight: SOUTHSIDE There are many origin stories of this cocktail, from New York to Chicago, describing variations from a mojito to a gimlet. We do know that it's refreshingly delicious! Cocktail Spotlight: PORNSTAR MARTINI This crowd-pleasing mix of vanilla and passionfruit hails from London, first crafted in the early 2000's. Vodka based, it also brings lime juice and an interactive sidecar of prosecco - meant to be sipped separately! This week... at Drip Drop!

Cocktail Spotlight: PIÑA VERDE This modern classic has been around since the late aughts. San Diego bar owner Erick Castro started adding the French liquor Green Chartreuse to his Piña Colada and wound up making it the star of the drink. The Chartreuse bings an herbal complexity, fresh lime and pineapple juice provide bright acidity, while cream of coconut rounds everything off. Stop in this week and try one!

Drip Drop is upping our garnish game! Beginning today, all of our regular menu cocktails will be garnished with a mini Espresso Martini. "What better garnish to use on our cocktails than another cocktail?!", we thought to ourselves. No longer do guests have to decide between choosing a cocktail from our menu and what they really want: An Espresso Martini. "Now they can have both! It just makes sense.", said Jonny, as he was polishing his garnish tweezers. "I think this will take the pressure off people". This promotion is expected to run indefinitely, or until we run out of espresso. Whichever comes first.

Cocktail Spotlight: THE BOULEVARDIER Imagine strolling about Paris in the 1920's. You're dressed to impress and working up a serious thirst. You happen upon a cafe and a bartender offers you a satisfying combination of Buffalo Trace bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. That, friends, is the Boulevardier. A cousin to the the Negroni, but with a tip of bourbon instead of gin. This week... at Drip Drop!
