In the last update we shared that we successfully received our TCO for floors 3 & 4 Section A at our Victory on Leonard project.

Our next goal is to complete our TCO for floors 1 & 2 Section A, and we're well on our way.

Our challenge this week was to pass inspections in order to get our temporary occupancy (TCO) in time for our new residents to move in on Sunday.

Today we had our elevator inspection at Victory on Leonard, and we're excited to let you know that we passed!

There's a lot to share with you in this week's update, including what needs to happen in order to get our temporary occupancy (TCO) next week so our new residents can move in on the 15th.

Our goal was to get temporary occupancy by October 1st for our Victory on Leonard 120-unit apartment development in Grand Rapids, MI.

We're delayed from that goal, but still within our timeframe to get TCO by our move-in date of October 15th. Check out this week's video to follow our progress, our delays, and plans to overcome the delays.
