A huge THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers, families, and teachers for making field day such a success. Your support, encouragement, and willingness to jump in wherever needed helped create a fun and memorable day for our students.

To our students and families — thank you for bringing the energy, excitement, teamwork, and smiles all day long! It was wonderful seeing everyone having such a great time together.

We were also lucky to have absolutely perfect weather, and the rain held off until the very end of the day! 🌤️💦

We are so grateful for our incredible school community and all the people who helped make Field Day 2026 one to remember! ❤️💙💛💚

Our PTA has already been at school all week serving and celebrating our staff for Teacher Appreciation Week, and we are so grateful for all they do for Powell. If you are already planning to come to Field Day, please consider signing up to help during a time slot.

🎉 Celebrating Two Incredible Educators 🎉

Today, we would like to honor and celebrate the retirement of two remarkable teachers, Mrs. Oxford and Mrs. Raymond.

After years of dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to students, both of these educators leave behind a legacy that will continue to impact our campus for years to come. They have inspired countless learners, supported colleagues, and helped shape the heart of our school community.

Mrs. Oxford and Mrs. Raymond have not only taught lessons from content, but also life lessons that their students will carry far beyond the classroom. Their kindness, patience, and love for teaching have made a lasting difference.

While we will miss seeing them in the hallways and classrooms next year, we are so excited for this next chapter filled with rest, joy, and new adventures.
