Veterans Day is coming up on November 11th, 2025.

Today is Art Day at the Western Region One Source! Our instructor will be offering two different Autumn perspectives to chose from. These classes are free to veterans and their families, and a great way to relax and exercise your creative side! Feel free to show up, and sign up for next month's class! Tomorrow, Thursday, October 23rd we are hosting a virtual webinar with the VA, covering Agent Orange 101. This is an introduction for Vietnam Era Veterans to learn about Agent Orange exposure, related health conditions and presumptive conditions, and the Agent Orange Registry. This free class takes place on Thursday, October 23, from 11:30 – 1:00 p.m. (MST). All are welcome to come to the Western Region One Source where we are screening this webinar. Tomorrow morning is our first Mountain Mindfulness group meeting! We hope to see you there! This group is open to Veterans, Service Members and their families.

Monday is the day! Mindfulness returns to the Western Region One Source on Monday, October 20th at 8:30am. This returning program will be offered every Monday going forward. We look forward to seeing you here!

Starting next week, Museum of the West is partnering with the DAR for a limited exhibit!

Monday, October 6th at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado, Quarterly Honors will take place at 1:00pm.

Dedication Ceremony will be held Friday, September 26th at 1:45 at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery. We hope that you will be able to attend this event welcoming the historic U.S. Marine Jeep to its new home on the Western Slope!

This Saturday, September 20th is the next Survivors United Social Coffee from 10 am to 12 pm. All survivors of military and veteran loss are welcome to come.
