It was a 3 part process; 1. Clean, 2 Coat, 3. Seal. It allows you to customize the color to any paint. The product reduced surface temperature and provides a slip resistant finish.

Its a 3 part mixture of resin, powder and latex paint. You buy the color of paint you want added. ANY COLOR!
