Fixture Studio

A ballpark estimate feels like the right place to start…until it isn’t.
→ We wrote a quick read on why starting with a plan—not just a number—can completely change your renovation experience.

What an incredible night with the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce and all of our friends, clients, and business partners in the valley. We were overwhelmed with the support and well - the love you all showed us last week as we opened the doors to our new space. We appreciate every one of you that we have the honor of working with.

New Year | New Space | New Projects

We recently shared this on LinkedIn, and it’s too good not to bring here 👇

If you’ve been thinking about renovating, this is a fresh perspective worth considering. It’s not just about updating your home—it’s about designing a space that truly supports your lifestyle now and in the years ahead.

Construction rarely goes exactly as planned. What matters isn’t whether challenges happen — it’s how they’re handled. In our latest post, we share a real example from a shower tile installation and why we believe relationship always comes before task. Because trust is the real foundation. Check out our latest blog post on why relationships in the building industry matter.

This month at Fixture Studio, we’ve been talking about how we measure success — and to us, it goes far beyond numbers.

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Karrie Gutzwiller, who was recently highlighted three separate times in the HBA newsletter for her leadership and impact across our industry.

✨ Executive Committee member, HBA Board
✨ Newly appointed to the Colorado Association of Home Builders Board of Directors
✨ Recipient of the Leadership Impact Award

The Leadership Impact Award recognizes Karrie’s work revitalizing the Parade of Homes, advancing Careers in Construction initiatives, generating approximately $44,000 in Parade revenue, and coordinating a Boise Cascade lumber donation benefiting local farmers.

This is what success looks like to us: leadership, service, and meaningful impact beyond our own walls. We’re proud to have Karrie representing Fixture Studio and setting the bar for what leadership can be.

👏 Congratulations, Karrie!
