FINAL CALL: InspectionFire Pro Beta Applications Close Wednesday at 10 AM MST!
We’re selecting approximately 10 companies to join our first focused 30-day InspectionFire Pro Beta, beginning Thursday, September 10.
If you’ve been interested in getting an early look at InspectionFire Pro, this is your chance to help us put it through real-world testing before we expand access.
Selected Beta participants will receive:
• FREE access to InspectionFire Pro for the full 30-day Beta
• Direct access to our team for questions and Beta support
• The opportunity to use Pro during real inspections and reporting workflows
• Updates and improvements throughout the Beta as we work through feedback
• A free appreciation gift after completing the Beta as a thank-you for your time and feedback
What are we looking for?
We need companies that are ready to actively use InspectionFire Pro and help us uncover bugs, workflow issues, and anything that doesn’t perform as expected.
This first Beta is about stress-testing and refining what we’ve already built so we can make InspectionFire Pro as reliable as possible before expanding access.
📅 Beta Kickoff: Thursday, September 10
⏰ 5:00 PM Mountain Time
📆 Beta Period: September 10 – October 10
Selected participants must be available for the kickoff meeting and two additional small-group review meetings during the 30-day Beta.
During testing, Vanessa will be the primary point of contact. Testers will be encouraged to send screenshots and screen recordings when they encounter issues so we can document and resolve them as efficiently as possible.
⏳ Applications close Wednesday at 10:00 AM MST.
We’re closing applications at that time so we can review submissions, contact the companies selected, and get everyone ready for Thursday’s launch.
👉 REQUEST BETA ACCESS: https://pro.inspectionfire.com/ -beta-access
Interested but can’t participate this time? Submit the form anyway!
Only about 10 companies will be selected for this first group, but we expect to expand access as we work through the initial Beta. Applying now will put you on our radar for future testing and early-access opportunities.
If you want to help put InspectionFire Pro through real-world use and be among the first companies working with the platform, get your application in before Wednesday’s deadline!

InspectionFire is heading to the New York State Chimney Sweep Guild’s 34th Annual Summer Workshop.
The workshop runs July 23–26, 2026, and we are looking forward to connecting with chimney professionals from across the region.
On Friday afternoon, Daniel Freeman will present:
From Camera to Report: Building a Better Chimney Inspection Workflow
Course 9263 | One-Hour Educational Session
A chimney camera can help an inspector see more—but equipment alone does not create a better inspection.
This class will demonstrate how practical camera-scanning techniques, structured documentation, and a repeatable inspection process can work together to:
-Improve inspection consistency
-Capture clearer and more useful visual evidence
-Reduce missed steps and documentation gaps
-Connect camera footage, photographs, field notes, limitations, and recommendations
-Produce clearer, more professional, and more defensible inspection reports
The session will include practical guidance for using 360-degree chimney cameras and a demonstration of the InspectionFire inspection and reporting workflow. The principles will be useful whether you currently use InspectionFire products or another camera and reporting system.

Fireplace Insert Inspection Reports Must Document More Than the Appliance
Fireplace inserts complicate inspections as they conceal key components of the original fireplace system. Effective reports must document the insert's details, original fireplace conditions, and any limitations caused by visibility issues. Clear reporting distinguishes between what was observed, what was inaccessible, and underscores the importance of further evaluations necessary for safety and compliance....
