970Muscle

🍂October and Fall are officially here, and while the morning air is getting crisp, we don’t let the changing seasons slow down our progress. No excuses, no waiting for the sun to come up, and no rushing before a facility locks up.

Best of all? You don't have to schedule your life around gym hours. As a member, you get total 24/7/365 gym access. Whether you’re crushing an early morning lift or getting it done late at night, the 24 hour access means the door is always open for you to put in the work.

Stop by during storefront hours to check out our supplement shop, grab some lululemon gear, and get set up. Let’s make this season your strongest one YET!

🏆 Destination: Austria. Mission: COMPETE IN THE STRONG SPIRIT’S GAMES

Huge congratulations and best of luck to one of our long-time members, Shawn, as he flies out to Semmering, Austria to compete in the Strong Spirit’s Games! 🇦🇹💪 At the Strong Spirit’s Games, elite athletes, military athletes, veterans and amateur athletes from around the world will compete in various strength and multi-sport disciplines.

If you’ve put in work at 970Muscle over the years, you already know Shawn. He is the definition of consistency, heavy lifting, and an amazing guy. Day in and day out, he has trusted the process and pushed his limits right here on our training floor. Now, he’s taking that elite work ethic to the Alps to represent Grand Junction against some of the toughest competitors in the world.

The Strong Spirit’s Games bring together some of the toughest competitors in the world, and we have zero doubt that Shawn is going to make us proud and share his gentle spirit with others.

September 11, 2001 — We Remember. 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years later, the memories of that day stay with us.

Today, we honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and everyday heroes who answered the call on September 11th and in the years that have followed.

We are especially mindful that strength is more than what we can lift. It’s about courage, sacrifice, resilience, standing together, and being there for one another when life gets heavy.

Today, we pause to honor those who gave everything, those who answered the call, and those who continue to serve.

We remember. We honor. We stand together.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Happy Labor Day Weekend from 970Muscle! 🇺🇸🏋️‍♂️

We see firsthand what dedication, grit, and hard work look like every single day. But this weekend isn't just about putting in the work—it is about honoring it.

Labor Day is our community’s chance to recognize the incredible effort everyone pours into making our town a great place to live and work. Real results require consistency, but they also require recovery.

We want to encourage all of our members, family, and friends to take this weekend to unplug, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. You have earned every bit of it!

Have a safe, relaxing, and fun holiday weekend. 💪✨

💪Back 2 School Is Cool♥️🙏🏼.. Thank you to all of our members and community for helping us to keep planting seeds... They grow in all sorts of wonderful ways🌳
