Today at our food mobile we were able to celebrate with the community the retirement of one of our teacher' from the Granby Jr/Sr High School and one of our volunteers. Barbara Bys has been apart of the Granby To Go Program since 2018. We thank Barbara for her dedication to the students and our program. Enjoy retirement Barbara.

If you are in need of more food stop in at our food mobiles where Mary Lou & Judy can give you more information about Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a menu choice pantry that gives you the choice of what you would like to receive for food.

This is Judy from the Granby To Go Program. I have been honored to volunteer and to see some of our students achieve and thrive from the Pathways Program. They have been a very big part of the Granby To Go Program where they have been a big part of filling our toiletry bags, food bags, and delivering our weekend food bags to East Meadow School students. I have never seen them complain but want to do more for our program. I been humbled to be a part of ​seeing the these boys being successful in their lives and helping our program.
As some of you know, over two weeks ago I was badly injured during a fall. I am now home after surgery and rehab. I recieved an amazing and loving video this morning from the boys this morning. This was the most loving thing I have ever recieved in my life. Yes I cried like a baby. I don't have to guess. I know where I am suppose to be volunteering, it is with the students, staff, and Granby community. Thank you boys and the community for letting me be apart of it.

The Granby To Go program has a very special volunteer we would like to recognize who has been volunteering at Granby To Go Program since we opened the program in 2018. Mrs Barbara Bys who is a teacher at the Granby Jr/Sr High School School has always had the best interest and love for her students and the community at heart. Barbara will be retiring from teaching at the end of June but still will continue with us at Granby To Go. We will be honoring Barbara at our next food mobile on June 12TH from 4:30 - 6PM at the UCC of Granby Parish Hall at 235 State Street in Granby. Please stop by and wish her an amazing retirement and learn more about Barbara's passion of volunteering. Congratulations Barbara.

Granby To Go and Neighbors Helping Neighbors with be at the UCC of Granby Craft and Tag Sale this Saturday May 23rd. Come visit our booth for more information on our next food mobiles or any questions about Granby To Go or Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors will be featuring the next food mobile at the Church of Christ Congregational, UCC Granby MA parish hall with volunteers from Granby To Go on May 29th from 4:30 to 6pm. If you are in need of more food other than our food mobiles, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Inc. is a client choice pantry that gives you the opportunity to select the foods you prefer on your visit to their pantry. They provide food, personal care , and pet food with the options for home delivery. Their pantry hours are Wednesday 12:30 - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 12pm. Come and visit the next mobile with any questions you may need for this service and they will be happy to help answer any questions you may have.
