By requesting a spreadsheet, you confirm that our terms and conditions outlined in this email are acceptable to you.

• Goods are first quality condition.
• We send factory cases already marked with Item #, description, case quantity and Country of Origin. We will mark any partial case accordingly, as most items may have partial case.
• Each item has a UPC bar code, Item # and Country of Origin on it.
• All items are packed in poly bags, inner packs, or inner cardboard boxes by minimum pack.
• Items do NOT have MSRP on them.
• Items are NOT in retail packaging.
• Items are NOT individually packaged.
• We cannot send samples.
• We cannot accept any charge backs.
• Jewelry – items are on a hang card and in cello bag; Gloves – in clear bag with plastic hanger; Garments – in clear bag only, NO hanger; Hats – bulk stacked.
• We are NOT able to do any special packaging, sorting, labeling, tagging, or marking of kind.
• Factory cases will be palletized as is, partial cases will be boxed by item and marked accordingly.
• FOB: MeraVic 1780 S Buckner-Tarsney Rd, Grain Valley, MO 64029 (I-70, Exit #24) Pickup available Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm CST
• Payment Terms: Check by Phone or Credit Card: MC, Visa, Discover, Amex

Please allow up to 10 days for review of any offer. If an offer is accepted, we can discuss an estimated pickup date. Prepayment to prepare the order for pickup is required. Once ready, we will provide number of pallets, weights etc -so you can schedule your truck/truckline to pick them up.
