We’re excited to welcome Pheo Powers, owner of Powers of Change, to the Integrative Collective here in Goshen!

Pheo is a licensed massage therapist, somatic therapist trained in Transformative Touch, rebirthing breathwork facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, integrative nutrition health coach, and Usui Reiki Master. She has been serving the Hudson Valley through private practice for over a decade, with previous studios in Warwick and New Paltz.

Pheo is highly intuitive and has a unique ability to sense beyond words and into the body, helping people better understand themselves and their needs while supporting a deeper sense of connection and aliveness.

She is also trained in buccal myofascial intraoral jaw release, helping relieve TMJ pain, jaw clenching, facial tension, headaches, and stress-related holding patterns.

In addition to private sessions, Pheo hosts domestic and international wellness retreats and will also be offering group classes and workshops in the months to come.
