Hours this week

With a grateful heart, I want to share that ChocoLatte will be closing its doors. Our last day will be  Saturday April 11. 

This has not been an easy decision, but as I reflect on this journey, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. To every customer who showed up week after week, supported us, shared kind words, and made Chocolatte part of your life—thank you. You are the reason this dream became something so special.

To my incredible team—thank you for pouring your hearts into every detail. You didn’t just make chocolate; you created moments. You created an atmosphere where people felt welcomed, seen, and cared for. That is something truly rare, and I am so proud of what we built together.

At this time, I’m not sure what the future holds for Chocolatte. I don’t know if it will take on a new form or if I’ll find another avenue to continue creating chocolate—but I do know this isn’t the end of the story.

For now, I am taking time to be with my family and friends, and to seek God for direction on what comes next.

Thank you for being part of this journey. It has meant more to me than words can express.

Our featured chocolate today is the Cafe Miel. A refined café-style bonbon featuring layers of cinnamon-vanilla ganache and milk chocolate honey espresso ganache, finished in a glossy milk chocolate shell. Warm spice, smooth coffee, and floral honey come together in perfect harmony.
