Exterior envelope sealed on our BriBurn Architecture-designed double stud wall project in Portland. Preliminary blower door: 0.62 ACH pre-insulation. Advancing to insulation, finalizing standing seam metal roof, then interior 2x4 framing.

Wooden screen system we put together for our project in Yarmouth this past summer. We used lifespan solid select for the frames and the Screeneze system for the screening. Accoya of course for the lattice

Lake side project in Poland is in the framing process. These additions are monopoly framed with a second “roof”. This allows 1.5” of continuous vent from the soffit to the ridge. Monopoly framing helps ensure our envelope is continuous and sealed exceptionally well. Simplifying the insulation contractor’s scope and adding durability to the primary roof surface if ever compromised.

Update on our build in North Hampton New Hampshire. This build is our typical double stud wall with triple pane windows and doors. A green house with skylghts and a condition (and humidity managed) space to allow for all year gardening.
