GIRLS! Maine Evolution is excited to open registration for our 2026-2027 house program.

-10U (birth years 2016 & 2017) – players will play a regular schedule as part of MEAHA, including 2 practices per week.

-12U (birth years 2014 & 2015)- players will play a regular schedule as part of MEAHA, including 2 practices per week.

-14U (birth years 2012 & 2013) – players can anticipate 2 practices per week, as well a mix of regular games and jamboree-style weekends with other Tier 4 teams from Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire.

Preseason ice will also be offered for our 10U-14U players this season, but it will not be required.

Skater Tuition: $1000 ($900 early bird price if register by 8/1).

Goalie Tuition: $500 ($450 early bird price if register by 8/1)

Maine Evolution has two open board positions we are looking to fill immediately- Director of Equipment and Director of Travel Hockey. We are accepting notice of interest until Sunday, June 21st at noon. Please reach out to Megan DuEst at [email protected] with interest or questions.

The Director of Equipment will take primary responsibility for purchasing all equipment needed for the season’s activities. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to the purchase of jerseys, goaltending equipment, sticks, pucks and coaches’ equipment and supplies. Also, any equipment needed for practices and games.

The Travel Hockey Executive Officer/VP shall be a member ex officio of the Board of Directors and shall be primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of the Tier II/III component of Maine Evolution Hockey. He or she shall be responsible for overseeing the Tier II and Tier III teams operating within the Tier II/Tier III component of MEAHA, and shall be responsible for all coordination with the Tier II and Tier III teams for communication, scheduling, cancellations, and any other business dealing with the logistics of the hockey season.

Summer Learn to Skate and Learn to Play Registration is now OPEN!

Maine Evolution is thrilled to get children back on the ice this summer and excited about the game of hockey. Our learn to skate program is for children 3+ and our learn to play program is for children ages 4-10 (these children should be able to skate independently).

All sessions will be at USM in Gorham on Sundays at 5:10pm. The cost is $150.00 for all sessions.

September: 13th, 20th, 27th

Registration is now open for our High School Girls Skills and Scrimmage Program, open to all girls entering their freshman through senior year. https://maineevolution.sportngin.com/register/form/622844632

This program runs from August through October and includes 10 Sunday practices along with a couple of scrimmages. It’s a great opportunity for multisport athletes to get back on the ice and prepare for the upcoming high school season.
