Made one of these as a request and since ceramics are so unpredictable of course i had to make two just in case... I absolutely love how they came out! These sold immediately. So I have more in process now. Life has been a slow since having a stroke. It's been challenging to keep having to ask for help, as I am not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds. It's been humbling. But I've decided to take all of this as an opportunity to practice asking for help... since it's quite unfamiliar and uncomfortable territory. How do you feel about asking for and receiving help?

But I've decided to take all of this as an opportunity to practice asking for help... since it's quite unfamiliar territory and very uncomfortable at times. But I admire people who ask for help, knowing they are supported and the help is there. I want to be like that. Because I know how wonderful it can feel to help, and to be around those who have a large capacity to gracefully.

A travel cup experiment. This glaze was a little tricky. I was hoping for a nice rich olive green, but it came out much softer. So this one is a one of a kind sample. She is ready to go on your adventures with you.

Another one of a kind piece (aka glaze experiment) with a lovely glaze called Wasabi. Glazing is so unpredictable... you never know what you're going to get, but I was very pleased with this one!
