Here’s an apple cinnamon muffin that will pair perfectly with your tea or coffee for those afternoon Spring siestas!
APPLE INGREDIENTS:
🍎 1 large Fuji apple, diced small
🍎 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
🍎 1 tsp cinnamon
BATTER INGREDIENTS:
🍎 ½ cup mashed ripe banana
🍎 ¾ cup granulated sugar
🍎 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
🍎 ⅓ cup coconut, vegetable, or canola oil
🍎 1 tbsp vanilla extract
🍎 2 tsp cinnamon
🍎 1 tsp ground nutmeg
🍎 1 cup all-purpose flour
🍎 2 tsp baking powder
🍎 pinch of salt
🍎 pinch of turbinado sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS: APPLE
1️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cup of the diced apples + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour until coated. Set aside.
DIRECTIONS: BATTER
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400F and grease or spray a non-stick muffin pan.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then, add sugar + almond milk + oil + vanilla + cinnamon + nutmeg and whisk until combined.
3️⃣ Add flour + baking powder + salt and stir until combined into a thick batter, but careful not to overmix. Then, fold in the apples.
4️⃣ Divide the batter equally in the muffin pan. 5️⃣ Use the rest of the apple chunks and pinch of turbinado sugar and cinnamon as toppings. 6️⃣ Bake for 18 minutes, or until the tops are puffed. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of a muffin and if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
7️⃣ Allow muffins to cool for about 10-15 minutes before placing them on a cooling rack. Enjoy! :)

Fairytale castles 🏰, enchanting towns from the middle ages, it all has the look of something straight out of a story book! 📖 I had some of my best childhood memories in Germany! ❤
The Neuschwanstein castle is absolutely beautiful in person and delivers breathtaking views(literally speaking), the hike up to the top, now that was no joke! There was an option to take a carriage ride but we wanted to skip the long lines and enjoy the walk that didn't seem too far away. After my daughter (who had too much pep in her step) 🏃♀️💨laughed at me a couple of times during my frequent stops to catch my breath, we finally made it to the top to enjoy the views and tour the beautiful castle. Great memories exploring with my daughter. ❤

Adding a soft, yet bold color like this adds a lot of interest and uniqueness to your kitchen. Of course, it doesn’t have to be green — any color that evokes the emotion you want to feel while cooking can make a subtle statement. But if you’re going for serene, green is definitely a good choice.👍🏼

With so many home search sites out there such as Zillow, sellers will often look at the site’s estimates and average them out to get a list price for their home. The problem with these methods is that they are inconsistent. Sometimes these estimates come out too high, sometimes too low.
My recommendation is to look at the current competition in your area, what similar properties have recently sold, and in what direction the market is heading.

Forget the total home renovations shown on HGTV, the mansions in the Hidden Hills of Hollywood, or even your neighbor's house. When it comes down to it, the best home is YOUR home because it's your sanctuary and a safe place. And most of all, it's YOURS. 🙌

Before & After
It's in the small details that make a big difference. A lighter color can brighten up any space! We added some of our favorite plants, some hanging lights and it feels like a brand new courtyard area for our family to enjoy.
We have a couple more ideas we would like to do to this space. Little by little things get transformed!
