Mike Hohl is an Adult Community and Seniors Real Estate Specialist in Surprise, Arizona with 30+ years of industry experience helping clients across the western United States. Mike’s intention is to make every real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing you with all the tools, resources, and support you need along the way. A Vietnam Era Veteran and former USAF and Civilian Instructor Pilot, company CEO and small business owner, Mike’s diverse professional background and local expertise are key to his success supporting clients as they embark on the important journey to buy or sell a home. His specialties include relocation (he’s worked on 15 personal moves across 7 states) and contract negotiation among others. Mike is the kind of negotiator you want on your side; he’s worked on Fortune 100 contract negotiations and earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Outside of helping his clients, Mike is passionate about serving his community — most notably through his church and his Rotary Club. Mike loves spending time with his “super wife,” Cindy, his children and six grandchildren. Having been raised on a North Dakota farm, he loves the outdoors and during his free time is most likely to be found biking, skiing, golfing, or relaxing by the pool. Mike is thrilled to be part of the Home Realty team and he can’t wait to help make your real estate goals a reality!
