🌱🍽️ They love it when the kitchen becomes the classroom!
Since Ms. Lisa gives each Scholar a chance to help choose lunch meals for a week, this was the perfect opportunity to learn something new as a community. ❤️
One of our Scholars is vegan, and to help him feel welcomed, seen, and included, we spent the week enjoying vegan lunches together. A huge thank you to our Scholar's mom for volunteering her time to come into the classroom and work alongside Ms. Lisa to teach our Scholars how to prepare some of the meals hands-on.
From learning new ingredients to helping with preparation, our Scholars had an amazing time cooking, learning, and sharing together.
At Top Scholars, inclusion is more than a word — it’s something we practice in everyday moments. Sometimes the best lessons happen around a table full of food, laughter, and teamwork. 🌱✨
