Good afternoon,
I wanted to send this email to thank you for helping me throughout my mortgage process. I especially wanted to acknowledge and recognize Dustin for being so helpful during my closing process. I’m sure you heard that we had to close a day early because my mom was on a flight to Italy and I had not been reminded to add her to the HOA approval. If it weren’t for Dustin’s perseverance and follow through with everyone involved in the process, including me, the closing would have been postponed until after my mom returned from Italy! Dustin went above and beyond guiding the closing to be accomplished, and for that I am so appreciative!!!
