Happy Monday! This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Katelynn. She has been with Java since February! Her favorite part of being an RBT is making a genuine impact on a child’s life and seeing the growth her kiddos make. A fun fact about her is that she graduated high school at the age of 16! We are happy to have Katelynn with us. 👏👏

This week we are featuring one of our amazing RBTs, Sam! Sam has been with Java since September 2025! A fun fact about her is that she is from the midwest (Michigan) and has a cat named princess fiona and a dog named teddy!
Her favorite part of the job is creating safe and fun atmosphere for our clients to be their most authentic selves & make it fun for learning new things. We love having Sam with team Java! 🤩🤩

Today we had so much fun with our spirit day!!! It was a comfy cozy day at Java and our staff showed up in their comfy gear! Spirit days are so much fun 😁

This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Rocio! Rocio has been with Java for a little over a year now! Her favorite part of her job is how supportive our team is and it gives her confidence to ask questions and ask for help! A fun fact about Rocio is, she has gotten pretty good at shaping play-doh into figures and animals! We have loved having Rocio with team Java and can’t wait to see her continue to thrive. Thanks for all you do! 🤩

Last night we had a fun game night with our staff here at Java! We had so much fun playing games and bonding together while enjoying lots of pizza and wings 🤩

This week we are featuring one of our RBTs, Sheily! Sheily has been with Java since last July and has made a huge impact on her clients and families! She’s a fabulous RBT and continues to put her clients first. A fun fact about her is that she can write/color with her right hand but do everything else with her left hand (she used to be ambidextrous). Her favorite thing about her job is getting to see the growth in her kiddos in real time from when they first started to now! We love having Sheily with team Java and we are excited to see her continue to thrive. 🤩🤩🎉
