Cold Plunge❄️🥶?

Inspired by the Last few weeks I’ve been doing a daily cold plunge for 5 mins at 5am.
I listen to a 5 min devotional on John elderidge’s pause app.

The amount of clarity, energy, peace, spiritual growth and productivity I’ve felt have been amazing.
Plus, according to research it increases the dopamine levels to the same levels as CO***NE for the next 4-5 hours.So def worth checking out

First few days of Married Life/Honeymoon have been rough.

Friday I got to marry my best friend. 💍
