If you have questions, please ask. If the minor is a driver, we have to have this release form filled out for the track, even if you already filled one out for IMCA. If you would like a form emailed to you rather than printing it from here, please PM the page with your email so we can get it sent.

As we approach our season opener and finish up our loose ends, we are getting pretty excited to see you all again. 🙌🙌 With all that being said, our My Race Pass page is up and ready. Online registrations are active if you want to pay (CC/DC) for that in advance. I will also be uploading the minor release form and pinning it to this page. These are absolutely mandatory for any minors. Parents will have to sign them, not just a responsible adult watching them for the night. Sorry for the inconvenience, but rules are rules.

In the moving forward stages, we are actively seeking bids for concessions in the pits as well as the grandstands.

Bids should include a menu, locations interested in working and price per night you are willing to pay per place worked (pits/grandstands).

Bids can be submitted via private message to the page or directly handed to a member. Our 1st race is about a month and a half away so the sooner then better so the winner of the bid(s) can get supplies and be ready.

🖲️ ATTENTION RACE FANS!!
We are going to go ahead and hold our annual meeting on April 18th, 2026. Location will be the 4-H building located on the Sherman County fairgrounds, at 2pm MT. We have 2-3 positions open, so if you are interested in being on a hard-working board, let any board member know or message the page directly, no later than April 11th. Membership dues ($10) will be collected day of meeting.
