1500+ 🐞's came today & this evening they are enjoying my Raspberry & Blackberry garden. I add them in every 2 years & I have no aphids or spiders on my berries, lovely little creatures🐞🐞🐞

Ok I will spill my secret to the Best "NO BAKE" Cookies..Some call them "Fat Bombs"⚡️Just 90 seconds in the Microwave & mix & spoon them out & enjoy a healthier sweet snack!
2 cups Natural Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Cup Honey
Melt in Microwave for 90 seconds & stir well.
Stir in 5 Scoops Xyngular Chocolate Lean
3 cups Oats
Spoon onto wax paper & let set up😋🤎

I was raised in a family of 6 and did a lot of the cooking, home ec taught me you put 3 to 4 food groups on a plate. Potatoes & bread always. Well it made a huge difference in our health & weight when we found you can have a beautiful plate & it be a whole lot healthier 😋

Ok I have a confession 😳 I have done so good limiting my sugar intake BUT I fell into a Snicker Attack & ate one..Dang it Halloween 🎃 BUT I was able to stop there by mixing up my favorite sugar craving BOMB of a Drink🥤SAVED!
