From mixing the starter the night before to combining the actual bread and allowing it to sit for hours, followed by shaping the loaves and a prolonged fermentation period in the fridge, this 2-day process yields a beautiful, gut-healthy organic loaf of bread that is truly carb heaven. I would like to thank each and every person who stopped in to check us out and what we’ve been up to. Thank you to everyone who purchased sourdough goodness for my bakery. I’m a small bakery with a big heart for truly good for you treats. We will see you again next Saturday! A very special thank you to my daughters and niece Ayla Geer and Jaycee Guthrie and Stella Arters for being there to run it while I go to my other job.
