Gooding Senator XC

Gooding XC is holding a pasta dinner fundraiser to raise funds for our meets and for state competition.
When: Tues Oct 22nd 6pm
Where: GHS multi-use room
What: chicken Alfredo dinner
Cost: $10 per person or $25 per family of 4

Tickets can be purchased from any XC athlete. If you can’t get ahold of a XC athlete send us a message and we’ll get you in contact with one.

Our middle schoolers ran their first race of the season today. We’ve got some learning to do but saw great things from all our runners.

First race of the year out of the way. Saw some great things from our athletes. Congrats to Olivia Rogers and Max Kelsey on medaling by placing in the top 15 against some very tough competition.
Super proud of all our athletes. They represented Gooding very well. We’re excited for what’s to come.

Remember to fuel and hydrate your bodies. It’s going to be another hot one again tomorrow.

What a great morning run topped off with breakfast at the Seifert’s. Thank you Kent and Sharon and Kristen Ruby for the delicious breakfast. If kids went home hungry it was their own fault.

We had a great turnout for our first day of practice. 33 runners in total. We know we were missing a few due to work conflicts and other obligations. It’s not too late to come join us. Tomorrow morning at 7 by the tennis courts.

It’s here!! 1st day of practice is tomorrow morning at 7. We will meet at the tennis courts behind the high school. Bring your smiling faces.

If you’re a freshman, junior, or a first year participating middle schooler you need a physical before our first practice on the 12th.
