It’s going to be a beautiful weekend! Come stock up on our pork brats fresh from the smoker. We’re all stocked up at McGuire’s self serve pantry across the street from us. We also have plenty of our in-house bacon for your weekend breakfast plans. 🥓🔥🌭

It’s that time of year! We’re taking orders for our locker 🐷’s so get your order in now. Price is approximately $700 for a whole hog or $350 for a half.

Congratulations to the FFA team from Hagerman on winning the team meats competition held at our shop yesterday and to Porter from Gooding on being the individual high scorer. They were all given a Butcher Block hat as a prize. We hope to see you around town wearing it with pride 🥩

We love having our youth visit the shop and getting to show them what we love to do!
