The 2nd graders at Monte Vista Elementary have been exploring what variables affect the amount of liquid a soil can absorb. This group worked on changing soil amount. They learned how to measure soil amounts on a scale, measure liquid amounts using a graduated cylinder, and made a poster to present their findings!
