Frinj Coffee
Our goal is to make Southern California the next specialty coffee capital of the world. Our flagship farm, Good Land Organics, began growing coffee in 2002.
FRINJ Coffee is a vertically integrated coffee company providing California farmers the tools to produce rare and distinct specialty coffees. Today, we are working with over 25 coffee farmers between Central Coast and San Diego Counties. We've found that growing coffee outside the tropics, or “on the frinj”, results in a sweeter and more memorable experience in the cup. Which is why it is our goal to make Southern California the next Specialty Coffee Capital of the world.

How far north can coffee be grown?
Pretty far! This week’s coffee is a deliciously chocolatey Caturra grown at in Morro Bay, which is a full 11.9° above the traditional coffee growing belt.
