10 week progress photo, I've lost 50lbs since I've started my journey with my ONLINE coach he has given me the guidance and structure I needed to finally stick to something that will produce results. If you are like me, and have failed at every attempt to change in the past, is the man for you. THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING. Now when the haters say you could do it alone.. guess what, I couldn't and that's how I reached 300lbs.

Also if you have to question any of that you're not ready for change. But if you are just go for it, you have nothing to lose but weight. Motivation for all of us, sometimes I forget how much progress I've made. I still, in my mind feel I look as I did 4 weeks ago when i approach the mirror. Then I compare side by side pictures and omg 😲 😭 the mind is a dirty bitch, Look at me go!
