If you’re a UCSB student navigating healing after sexual assault, stalking, or domestic/dating violence, know that you are not alone. This space is for you 💛

We’re offering a free, confidential weekly program designed to help you build coping tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

No pressure to share anything about your past experiences.

Just a supportive, judgment-free space, guided by trauma-informed facilitators and surrounded by other students who understand.

Explore low-barrier, effective practices like yoga, art, and movement.

Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
