Spring is here and with it comes all types of weather, including heavy winds. Flue and chimney parts often go missing in heavy winds. It’s a good idea to take a glance at your roof regularly and make sure nothing seems out of place 🧐
One tool we use in every inspection is infrared imaging. It helps us to find thermal anomalies that can indicate problems in many of your homes systems. Here is one example.
