One of our main services is excellent custom color matching done by experienced detailed colorists! As the number of studios in the US has decreased, & the increased number of plasters we distribute for you, our color matching services are in big demand.
We want our customers to understand we are doing everything possible to get your plaster to you asap! We have a large selection of custom color formulas from 20 years of color matching, but,......If we must do new colors it takes time!
Mixing plaster is not like paint...every product has a different formula & we do not have a "paint store formula book", we cannot speed dry some plasters and maintain correct color match, every product accepts colorant differently....we love the challenges, but need our customers to understand , it takes time.
We normally require 3 -5 days for custom colors. We will always do our best to ship your orders as soon as physically possible and appreciate your understanding on this matter! We are here to help YOU build YOUR business!
