Then I distribute 100,000 flyers with all of my properties combined in multiple cities. All listings are professional photographed and have video tours posted, and social media is used to full effect. I work 7 days a week ensuring that all of my listings have maximum exposure, which in turn gives my clients maximum dollar.”

In addition to his unsurpassed work ethic, Sarkissian has earned a reputation in his market for his honesty and integrity. “I am all about hard work and honest representation. I will never sell something I don’t believe in.” Keeping himself up to date on all of the latest advances in his industry is also a priority for Sarkissian, who still regularly takes classes and has one-on-one coaching from the Tom Ferry organization.
