RETTIE Training Solutions is a disaster management consulting company with a focus on mass casualty survival.

We help public and private organizations establish an Interim Casualty Care Plan as a means of protecting people and infrastructure. Interim Casualty Care Planning is our proprietary model for casualty management in the absence/delay of emergency medical service. Unlike other disaster response plans, Interim Casualty Care Planning focuses on saving casualties with life threatening injuries at the time and place an injury occurs. We also incorporate our unique Critical First-Aid course in order to empower non-medically trained bystanders thereby making them capable of quickly rendering life-saving care at the point of injury.
