If Hugo knew where his travels would take him he would have gone faster.
HUGO ASCENDING
//Lemongrass Infused Elderflower Liqueur, Gen-P, Bitter Bianco, Cap Corse Blanc, Cava//
[Floral, Peaks of Flavor, Yellow]
This extra-floral yet still balanced take on a Hugo Spritz is perfect for sun-soaked patio days — or at least dreaming about them. Lemongrass lifts the elderflower into brighter, more aromatic territory while maintaining the easy-drinking nature of the classic.

Just a cocktail toast — cutting through surrounding complications — with love to our Persian friends.
NEW DAY, WHO DIS? 🌹
//Bayab Rose Gin, Aged Namagenshu Sake, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, Lemon, Egg White//
[Advieh-Inspired, Norwuzzy, Persian-Toasting]
The concept of this began as an attempt to focus the flavors from the magical advieh seasoning blend into a cocktail format. This is a celebration of a new day (season), with hope for better years ahead.

You didn’t know your local farmer’s market had a dangerous side, but you like it…
STALK MARKET CRASHER
//Artesenal Mezcal, Celery Juice, Orange Juice, Ginger, Honey, Lime//
[Juice-Bar Vibes, Fresh-To-Death, Zing Zip]
Celery and ginger just always feel like spring when they show up together, but throwing in the gentle smoke of an artisanal mezcal makes this perfect for both sunny and stormy days and nights.

GILLIGAN’S SECRETS 🌴
//Toasted Coconut Infused CG Barrel Select Bardstown & Buffalo Trace, Galangal Coconut Water Honey Syrup, Yuzu Bitters//
(Tropical-Touristy, Light Toast, Boozy)
Unsweetened toasted coconut flakes are very lightly incorporated and combined with a coconut-water-forward syrup. The result is a cocktail that leans tropical without abandoning the structure of a serious, spirit-forward drink.

THE MURTAUGH
//Reposado Tequila, Coconut Roasted Strawberry and Asparagus Aperitivo, Chamomile Lemon Verbena Infused Vermouth & Americano//
[Fruity, Bittersweet, Savory, Herbal]
The most enjoyable pairings are built on a dynamic of contrast. A dessert at Noor in the Netherlands is an example of that — roasted strawberry and roasted asparagus, fruity against savory and vegetal, two seemingly contrasting flavors creating something greater than the sum of its parts. It’s the same dynamic that makes the buddy cop genre work, and its highest expression: Lethal Weapon. The straight man and the loose cannon. The by-the-book veteran and the wild card. Neither works without the other. I wanted to explore that contrast in cocktail form. Strawberry and asparagus are roasted in coconut oil and infused sous vide into Gran Classico and Aperol. Lemon verbena and chamomile are cold steeped into Dolin Blanc Vermouth and Cocchi Americano, adding an aromatic herbal brightness. Reposado tequila brings oak, vanilla, and a steady hand that holds the whole thing together. The Murtaugh is the first expression of this pairing — a tequila White Negroni built on contrast and grounded in balance. Its partner, The Riggs, takes that same foundation somewhere bubblier and less predictable.
