All products produced by EXCELLENCE by Design are made to order.
All customers who purchase our products should expect a 7-10 business day lead time from order placement to shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. For painting services, a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of materials (when applicable and per the proposal) will be due at the time of scheduling. If providing own materials, a minimum of a $100.00 non-refundable deposit would be due at scheduling.

Yes, we’ve done a horrible job with connecting and engaging with our audience online — we know. We are going to change that in 2024.
For our apparel business, in 2023 we have moved away from the Cricut machine and iron-on vinyl designs. We are now using a process called Direct to Film — which means we can now make ANY design you want into a shirt, including photos.
For our co****le business, in 2023 we began taking deposits on co****le sets. A $150 deposit will lock in your design, with rest being due before delivery. Through our strategic partnerships, we can literally put ANYTHING on a co****le set.
In 2024, you can expect us to be more present online and provide you with an unlimited range of t-shirt designs. If you read this whole thing we appreciate you.🎨

🚨We are proud to announce that we are the CLOTHING SPONSOR for the Inaugural Hermitage Alumni Legacy Bowl 2022.🚨 We will be outfitting all of the alumni football players and cheerleaders with uniforms for the event taking place on Friday, July 29th, 2022.
We will also be the official Hermitage Football merch vendor at all home games this season. Shown here are some of the designs that are currently available for purchase, both, for the Legacy Bowl and that we will remain throughout the season.
