Sometimes the people who support you the most started out as complete strangers.
Years ago, I offered Summer a complimentary newborn session. At the time, neither of us could have imagined how many memories we’d capture together over the years. From newborn photos and birthdays to Christmas sessions, graduations, baseball seasons, and everything in between, I’ve had the privilege of watching her family grow right in front of my camera.
Today, she’s one of those clients who feels more like a friend.
Reading posts like this reminds me that photography is about so much more than pictures. It’s about relationships, trust, and being invited back to document life’s biggest moments year after year.
When clients take the time to share their images, tag my business, leave kind words, and tell others about their experience, it means more than I can put into words. Small businesses grow because of support like this, and I am incredibly grateful.

I had the incredible privilege of capturing my sister's surprise engagement. As a photographer, I love preserving life's biggest moments, but as a sister, this one was extra special.
Watching the excitement, the happy tears, and the pure joy unfold was something I'll never forget. But what made it even more meaningful was seeing the amount of planning, thought, and care that went into every detail of the proposal. It wasn't just beautiful—it was intentional.
After witnessing all of the effort he put into making this moment perfect for her, I knew without a doubt that he is the one. The love, thoughtfulness, and genuine care he showed spoke louder than words ever could.
Congratulations to two amazing people as they begin this new chapter together. I couldn't be happier for you both and am so honored that I got to be there to capture the moment she said "YES!" ✨❤️

When Addie's family reached out to schedule her senior session, there was one very important request—make sure Jake the Pug was part of it.
Jake has been a special part of Addie's life for years, and capturing these memories together was something everyone wanted to make happen. Add in a beautiful summer evening and a classic Chevelle, and this session became one she'll treasure for years to come.
One of my favorite things about senior photography is incorporating the people, pets, and passions that have helped shape who these seniors are. Those details are what turn photos into memories.
Addie, thank you for trusting me to capture this exciting season of life. Your senior year is going to be amazing! ✨

Watching the kids see themselves look like little pros is honestly one of my favorite parts.
