The tank truck industry lost one of its most influential leaders this last weekend.

John D. Groendyke helped build one of the most respected carriers in North America and spent decades advancing safety and excellence across our industry. He also served as Chairman of the National Tank Truck Carriers and was recognized with the NTTC Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
