With Old Man Winter upon us this is a good time to check your furnace filters, clean and check your wood/pellet stove flume, blow out your sprinkler system, check that windows and door seal correctly and check that your eaves are draining correctly..... only 39 more Mondays until Summer!!
Why use an inspector who is certified? The state of Wyoming does not require that home inspectors be certified. That being said I choose to get certified, doing on-line courses in the evenings. I did this so I could provide the most complete inspection providing buyers with the best information in making one of the most important decision in their life.
